I thought I would start off the year-end-lists with my 10 favorite K-pop songs of 2011. It’s no secret that I’ve been a nerd for K-pop for a few years now, and I thought with its recent rise of popularity I’d share with you what I thought were some of the best songs from the Asian country!

The list wasn’t based off the music videos (although almost every song on this list has a stellar music video), just how much I enjoyed the tracks. And it turns out I’ve listened to Hyuna’s “Bubble Pop!” nearly 55 times since it came out this July. It was a toss up between the former Wonder Girl and 2NE1’s sick “I AM THE BEST” (which I also played several times in 2k11) for the No. 1 spot. Nevertheless, all the songs from 1 to 10 are amazing and I can’t recommend that you listen to them enough. You can thank me later.
